Leadership AIA helps develop emerging professionals into leaders by giving them a framework to learn about their leadership style, understand how to be an effective leader, and what it means to be a leader in various areas within our profession. During a once month, daylong session program participants engage with, and learn from, guest speakers that are firm leaders or experts in a specific subject area. Applications for the program will be accepted starting in December and the first session of Class IV will take place in March 2019.
