Retail Project Leader: Narrate Design is seeking a full-time Retail Project Leader to work collaboratively in a team environment, performing design and technical production of documents in Revit through all phases of our retail projects. This role requires expertise in Revit, overseeing Intern Architects, and ensuring architectural documents align with design intent and firm standards. The Retail Project Leader will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams while solving technical and design challenges. Responsibilities include performing code analysis, preparing 2D and 3D design materials, conducting product research, and coordinating with consultants. Additionally, the role involves assisting in Construction Administration, re-viewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits, which may require travel.
