Ronni E. Farris, MD, FACOG, MSCP, DABOM, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist in Norman. Born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, Dr. Farris earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma before attending OU for both medical school and residency. Upon moving to Norman for college, Dr. Farris knew that it would be her forever home. As a dedicated gynecologist, she loves the Norman community and the surrounding towns of rural Oklahoma.
Dr. Farris is a proud owner of her own practice. She practiced obstetrics for 6.5 years before retiring from OB at the end of 2024, having delivered 999 babies during that time. She now focuses on standard gynecology, menopause medicine, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and obesity medicine.
Dr. Farris has been married to her husband Marty since 2010. Together, they have two children, Anna and Matthew, and two dogs, Lulu and Coco. When she’s not serving patients, she loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, painting, baking, watching movies, playing games, and building puzzles.

Shannon Stephens is a yoga educator, studio owner, and longtime student of the body-mind connection. With over 15 years of experience teaching and leading trainings, she specializes in making ancient practices relevant and practical for modern life. Shannon is the founder of This Land Yoga in Oklahoma City, where she creates space for personal inquiry, nervous system regulation, and embodied resilience.
Her work bridges movement, mindfulness, and subtle body awareness, offering tools to help people meet the demands of their professional and personal lives with more clarity, steadiness, and presence.
