Sporting Clays Tournament

We look forward to seeing you at the AIA Sporting Clays Tournament this Thursday, October 2nd at Silverleaf Shotgun Sports at 8513 S. Douglas Blvd in Guthrie.

Here is the waiver that EVERYONE must complete, even if you’ve shot at Silverleaf this year.  This waiver also includes AIA Central Oklahoma so we will need a waiver from everyone that is shooting.  Please BRING THE WAIVER WITH YOU on Thursday.

Registration will begin at 11:30 am
BBQ Lunch is from 12:00 – 12:45 pm
Mandatory Safety Briefing is at 12:45 pm
And we get everyone on the course at 1:00 pm

We will have eye and ear protection for those that need it and will also provide your ammo.  If you need a gun, you will need to contact Silverleaf at 405-282-2782 to see if they have them available to rent.

Shooters will walk the course but if you want to rent a golf cart, you can contact Silverleaf at the number above to rent one.  But they only have a very limited number of carts available.

We have such a big crowd this year that we will be using 2 courses so some of you will be assigned to the Bronze Course and some of you to the Silver Course.

We will be awarding a 1st , 2nd and 3rd place team prize and then a best shooter auto and best shooter pump, along with best woman shooter.  This means each individual will keep their score and then the team will also turn in a team score card.

If you have any questions, feel free reply to this email or my cell is 405-370-0690.

See you on Thursday- and don’t forget your waiver!
