2026 Board

Our 2026 AIA Central Oklahoma Slate of Board Nominees. This slate will be presented and accepted at the November 6th AIA Central Oklahoma Luncheon.

President Elect (President in 2027)
Jacob Beebe, AIA of Allford Hall Monaghan Morris

Originally from Florida, Jacob studied at the University of Florida, Washington University in St. Louis, and gained valuable hands-on experience at Rural Studio in Alabama. Throughout his career – 12+ years with Allford Hall Monaghan Morris in OKC, Jacob has enjoyed collaborating on many diverse projects contributing to the betterment of Oklahoma City, from adaptive re-use to housing to interior fit-outs, becoming a key contributor to the culture and work of AHMM.

Jacob was Project Architect for Social Capital, a community-focused craft beer hall adjacent to Scissortail Park and Wheeler Residential, a three-story new-build condominium scheme set within the growing Wheeler District, as well as a key member of the design team on several significant projects, including Squirrel Park, The Bower, Classen16, and Flywheel.

Jacob is a Director for the AIA Central Oklahoma Chapter and serves on the Architecture Tour committee. Jacob enjoys running, volunteering, and flying small planes.

Secretary
Kelsee Watts, AIA of Larson Design Group

Kelsee Watts is a Senior Architectural Associate at Larson Design Group and has served as the Emerging Professional Chair for the past two years. Under her leadership, the committee has grown to six members and has successfully hosted several popular community events, including the Pickleball Social, Firm Crawls, and the Walnut Village Tour.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Kelsee is actively working toward becoming a licensed architect and is dedicated to helping others succeed in their AREs. Her commitment to the profession and community is evident in her involvement with the Emerging Professionals Committee, the Women in Architecture Committee, her board role at Positively Paseo, and her position as Project Manager for the Kids in the Kitchen program at the Boys and Girls Club through the Oklahoma City Junior League.

Outside of work, Kelsee enjoys cooking for her family, staying active at Orangetheory, and spending time with her husband, Trevor, and their three pets, Calliope, Uggsie, and Dinah.

Treasurer
Clay Dobbins, AIA of TAP Architecture

Clay Dobbins is Partner Architect at TAP Architecture and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. His architectural career started at TAP as the 2016 University of Oklahoma TAP prize awardee. He became an Intern Architect and eventually received his licensure. Clay is continually learning new design and construction technologies and has become TAP’s resident 3-D and LiDAR modeling specialist.

He has been a part of a variety of award-winning projects while at TAP including downtown Oklahoma City’s Transportation Hub, the Oklahoma City Convention Center Garage, and Noble Public Schools.

He is an active American Institute of Architects member and served as Secretary in 2022 -2023. Clay currently serves as Treasurer on the AIA Central Oklahoma Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Leadership AIA’s Class 5 and currently a member of AIAOK’s Government Affairs Committee as well as AIACOK’s Local Advocacy Committee. Clay is a member of the Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture, Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture, a 2019 Mine OKC Fellow, and an Allied Arts member. 

Director
Sean O’Brien, AIA of HSE Architects

Sean O’Brien is a junior partner at HSEarchitects. He began working with HSE upon graduation from Oklahoma State University in May of 2015. Sean became a licensed architect in 2019 and has become an integral team member on projects for Paycom, Epic Charter Schools, VA Healthcare Clinics, and is currently working on the new MAPS4 Animal Shelter.

Sean is involved in Rotary Club 29, Catalyst (an Allied Arts affiliated volunteer program), Emerging Leaders (a United Way affiliated volunteer program), and is an adjunct instructor at OSUOKC. He is also a graduate of Leadership AIA, Class VII-2024 and co-chair of the AIACOC Small Firm Roundtable committee.

Emerging Professional Director
Jessica Snyder, AIA of ADG Blatt

Jessica Snyder, AIA, was born in Oklahoma City and raised near Houston. She earned a B.A. in Urban Studies with minors in Architecture and Italian from The University of Texas at Austin, including a study abroad internship in Rome. She later completed her Master of Architecture at the University of Houston with an exchange year in Austria.

Since joining ADG Blatt in 2016, Jessica has advanced to Project Architect and Project Manager, leading multifamily and historic renovation projects such as the First National Center and the Community Action Agency’s JC Penney Building redevelopment.

She also founded ADG Blatt’s internship program, which completed its third year in the summer of 2025. The program provides students with AXP credit, real project experience, and professional development opportunities that reflect the firm’s culture of mentorship and growth. Jessica is a recent graduate of Leadership AIA – Class VII and currently in LOYAL – Class XX

Associate Director
Jeff Tice, Assoc. AIA of Cushman Wakefield

With over 18 years of experience in architecture and engineering, Jeff brings a deep understanding of design technology, team leadership, and innovation. His career began as a civil and architectural drafter, evolving through roles such as Project Coordinator, Team Lead, BIM Manager, Digital Practice Manager and now Director of Design Tools and Innovation at Cushman & Wakefield.

As a long-time Associate AIA member (10–15 years), he’s contributed to the profession through technology advancement, standardization, and training initiatives. His focus is on improving architectural software and workflows, developing firm-wide global standards, and creating policies and procedures that elevate spatial data, design and occupancy practices.

He’s passionate about community and connection—whether it’s for AIA kickball, attending golf tournaments, luncheons, or After 5 events. Jeff values these moments to engage with peers and support the next generation of design professionals. Jeff enjoyed serving on the board in 2025 as the Associate Director and looks to continue those efforts.

He’s proud to be a husband to Stephanie and father to Kyler and Talyn, who inspire him daily.

Public Director
Darla Mullett of Premier Lighting Sales

Darla Mullett is a Business Developer and Architectural Consultant at Premier Lighting Sales, where she takes a consultative and research-based approach to recommending lighting solutions. Known for her collaborative spirit, Darla is passionate about building relationships and equipping teams to create meaningful impact.

Her community service journey began in 1990 when she volunteered with The Oklahoma Committee to Prevent Child Abuse, sparking a lifelong commitment to servant leadership and advocacy. Over the past 12 years, Darla has become a trusted and well-respected member of the AEC community, recognized for her ability to connect people, foster collaboration, and support professional and educational organizations.

Darla credits AIA Central Oklahoma and its members for inspiring her deep appreciation of art, design, and architecture—an inspiration that continues to fuel her work today.

Her proudest titles, however, are mom to Blake, Britt, and Brooke, and “Darlin” to her beloved grandchildren, Anson and Jolene.
