Licensed Architect or Architect Intern – Job Opportunity: DAB Architecture is seeking a skilled Licensed Architect or Architect Intern with strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to support the design, documentation, and management of architectural projects. This position works closely with the firm owner, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate, code-compliant designs that meet client expectations. The role may be part-time or full-time, and candidates must have at least five years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. Key responsibilities include creating and modifying 3D models in Revit, producing construction drawings, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants within an integrated BIM workflow. The ideal candidate will contribute to design development, participate in project meetings, conduct quality control reviews, and support project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
