September AIA Luncheon

Join us on Thursday, September 15th for the September AIA Luncheon. It will take place at the Capitol View Event Center at Old Surety at 5201 N. Lincoln Blvd. at 11:30 a.m. Our guest speaker will be Zach Hicks, Assoc. AIA of the Prairie House Preservation Society. His talk, Greene Prairie Continuum, will focus on the exciting things happening with the Prairie House designed by Herb Greene.
A little about Zach.

Zach Hicks is an employee at ADG|Blatt and a member of the AIA COC Advocacy committee. He has more than 20 years of experience working in various avenues of architecture. Zach has experience in the private sector playing key roles in both residential and commercial projects as well as managing Davis-Bacon related roles for publicly funded projects. His approach is objective when facing architectural designs, and he’s even been published in the first architectural student journal, Telesis, at the University of Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, and with help from his family at an early age, was determined to get involved in Oklahoma’s architecture. Zach is a member of the Friends of Kebyar, an organic architectural group dedicated to the works of Bruce Goff as well as being a member of the Prairie House Preservation Society.
